Sangeeta Prasad
CNP | Co-Founder of FreshTalk Wellness
Sangeeta is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Culinary Nutrition Expert who specializes in stress management, prenatal nutrition, and overcoming sugar and caffeine addictions. Sangeeta believes that living a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be challenging and she enjoys teaching simple but effective ways to incorporate wellness practices into her clients’ lives. Her professional experience includes instructing Health and Wellness classes for Toronto District School Board, leading wellness sessions for retirement homes, and managing digital and onsite well-being programs for corporate clients.
Haley Knox
RHN | Co-Founder of FreshTalk Wellness
As a Wellness Educator, Nutritionist and co-founder of FreshTalk Wellness, Haley creates and implements employee wellness programs to help busy, working professionals feel their best. Haley believes it is truly the smallest changes that make the largest difference and is passionate about helping people thrive by addressing the 3 pillars of wellness: nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. She has her own 3-week "Detox Naturally" and 3 month "Gut Warrior" programs. She also hosts natural skincare and healthy treat workshops.
Anne Chan
Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Anne is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and a lifelong student of mindfulness and science based movement practices. She left a corporate career after 20 years to become a yoga teacher. With over 300 hours in yoga and meditation teacher training that includes inclusive, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive yoga training and non-violent communication studies, her classes focus on listening to the more subtle sensations of our own unique experiences both internally and externally. Her goal is to honour all bodies and individual abilities while cultivating a connection between mind, breath and body.

Viola Wang
Dancer & Yoga Teacher
Viola is a dancer and yoga teacher based in Toronto, Canada. Since a young age, she has been passionate about movements and living a well-balanced lifestyle. After discovering her love for Yoga, she traveled to Rishikesh, India in pursuit of authentic education. She has studied various styles of Yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin. Viola has taught classes all over the world, from the desert of Morocco, to the jungles of Costa Rica, to the mountains of Peru. Using a combination of rejuvenating breathwork and postures in her classes, Viola aims to cultivate a sense of self-love, empowerment, and equanimity in her students. She believes that through Yoga, we can gain a better understanding of ourselves and a more loving connection with the world around us.

Eryl McCaffrey
Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Eryl McCaffrey is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, with a focus on teaching simple and effective mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and depression and alleviate stress. When she's not teaching Yoga, she's delivering Mental Health Workshops and Talks to schools, communities and companies. Eryl also shares her personal journey with anxiety and chronic depression, and how mindfulness has helped her heal in articles and blogs all over the web.

Sheelagh Daly
Holistic Nutritionist & Intuitive Eating Coach
Sheelagh is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a passion for helping individuals find the changes and habits that work for their unique needs. She doesn’t believe in rules or long lists of “good” and “bad” foods. Instead, Sheelagh aims to help her clients work with their own intuition to find the simple, sustainable, joyful practices that will have the biggest impact on their health and wellbeing.
In addition to being a nutritionist, Sheelagh is an avid bicycle traveller. You can find her chatting about all things nutrition and bike touring on her YouTube Channel.

Amanda Dias
Certified Pilates Instructor & Nutritional Practitioner
Amanda completed her Honours Bachelor of Science Degree with a minor in Psychology at McMaster University. Upon graduation, she became a Certified Pilates Instructor and began teaching fitness classes and assisting physiotherapists, learning more about how movement helped heal the body. Amanda then thought she needed to take a step further with her clients, and help them heal from within through their nutrition, leading her to attend The Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN).
After receiving her Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition, she began practicing as a fitness and mental health nutritionist at premier athletic clubs, expressing her passion to help those feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually. One thing about Amanda is she is continuously learning and furthering her education! In 2018 she completed her Nutrition & Mental Health Certificate at IHN, and in 2020, the Advanced Principles & Practice of Mindfulness Certification at McMaster University, in partnership with Hoame.
She now incorporates meditation and mindfulness into her client sessions and daily routine, understanding the importance of mental and emotional well-being. Currently, Amanda is completing the Human Resource Management program at Sheridan College to further her skills in the area of workplace wellness.
Angela DiPietro
CNP, Body Image & Food Freedom Coach
Angela is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who specializes in overcoming binge-eating, anxiety, sleep issues & stress. She is also a trained counselor with formal experience in behaviour modification and disordered eating. She works closely with the body’s innate wisdom & intuition, and focuses on strengthening the mind-body connection as a means to reach optimal health. Angela believes in sustainable wellness practices that are both realistic & enjoyable. Angela proudly preaches “health without obsession” - teaching how to bring aspects of health into your life without the overwhelm.
When she’s not working, you can find Angela playing with her dog, adventuring out in nature, or planning her next travel destination. She’s a self-proclaimed foodie, personal development junkie, and certified scuba diver.
